Thiotte educational project · Southeast Haiti
Budget & Progress
A transparent view of the proposed resources, funding priorities and implementation pathway needed to bring the school to a fully equipped opening.
Preliminary full opening estimate
$746,000
As stated in the proposal; see reconciliation below.
Urgent next-phase requirement
$250,000
Not the total cost of opening the school.
Current request to continue project
$100,000
A funding request to continue the project, not confirmed funding received.
The proposal covers construction, furnishing and preparation for approximately 700 students, with 800 desk/chair units, a 40-station computer laboratory and a 200-person auditorium. All amounts are in US dollars.
The $100,000 current request to continue the project represents 40% of the $250,000 urgent requirement. The remaining $150,000 is to be pursued through other partners; neither figure represents money already raised.
